INDUCTION STANDARDS

HALL OF FAME STANDARDS

Inductees represent the highest standard of professional achievement in the commercial construction and renovation industry. With a minimum of 20 years of experience, they have demonstrated sustained performance and influence across multiple brands, project types and commercial sectors.

Selection is grounded in proven leadership, accountability, and consistent execution, supported by a verifiable record of successfully delivered commercial projects. Beyond results, honorees are distinguished by their innovation, adaptability and unwavering commitment to doing the work the right way — setting a standard that strengthens the industry and inspires the next generation of leaders.

Who can be nominated

The CCR Hall of Fame will recognize outstanding professionals and industry leaders across the entire built environment, including End-User Brands, A/E/C, General Contractors, Federal/Government, Healthcare, Hospitality, Restaurants, Retail, Multifamily, Shopping Centers, Mixed-Use, Residential, 55+ Communities, Modular Construction, Data Centers, Craft Brewing, Cannabis, Facilities, Building Products, Manufacturers, Suppliers and Skilled Trades. Inductees will represent the people whose leadership, innovation and careers have made a lasting impact on the industries CCR serves.

How a nomination works

Anyone can nominate themselves or someone else. Each nomination needs three references, and each reference writes their own recommendation of up to 300 words. No account or password is needed.
And each nominated inductee will receive a bust at the annual awards event as well as being recognized on the CCR Digital Hall of Fame.

Induction tiers

Each nominee is placed in a tier automatically, based on the year they entered the industry, so nobody has to choose one.
